SI wife lures people into chit fund, makes Rs 17 lakhs

Residents of Kottagudem approached the ASP of the area to lodge a complaint against the wife of an SI.

According to reports, Kottagudem control Room SI Pallapula Lakshmiah's wife Pushpa Chitti cheated public by luring them with chit fund deposits and finance. The SI's wife duped several women to the tune of Rs 17 lakhs.

The women approached the ASP asking him to take action against the SI's wife. The police officer assured the women by promising to return their money.
