Shocking: Five Bodies Near ORR - Here Are The Updates

The recovery of five bodies close to the ORR in Kolluru near Patancheru has shocked Hyderabad. Three women were found dead in the bushes one km away from the ORR, while man and the boy were found dead in a car 2 km away near an under-bridge of the ORR. Prima facies, it appears to be a suicide pact. The police suspect the bodies were those of Prabhakar Reddy and his family members - all residents of Ameenpur near Patancheru, who were reported missing for the last two days. Here are the latest updates about the shocking incident.

• The bodies of three women - middle aged woman and two young girls - were found in the bushes close to the ORR. The car was found in the road-under bridge of the ORR, some distance away. The bodies of Prabhakar Reddy and Vamsi were found inside it.
• A piece of half-eaten cake found 10 metres away from the car, in which the body of the boy was found. A pesticide bottle was also recovered from inside the car. The car locks were found outside the car.
• The police say that the deceased were identified as Prabhakar Reddy of Ameenpur near Patancheru, his wife and dthree others. CP Sandip Sandilya said they might be members of an extended family. They were reported missing for the last two days and their relatives have been frantically searching for them. A complaint was also lodged with the Narsingi police.
• The deceased were identified as Prabhakar Reddy, Lakshmi, Sindhuja, Vamsi, Madhavi. The police are trying to collect information on the basis of the call data of the deceased.
• They told their relatives that they were going to see a water fall. But, from the evening, their phones remained switched off.
• Ravinder Reddy, a relative of Prabhakar Reddy, who had lodged a complaint with the police, came to the spot and identified his body. Among the dead were his wife and daughter.
• CP Sandip Shandilya, who visited the spot, said the police were investigating from all angles. He said the bodies would be sent for post-mortem. The CLUES Team too has visited the spot. Additional SP Janaki Sailaja too inspected the scene of the crime.
• The sandal of one of the deceased girl was found hanging from the branch of a small tree. This is giving rise to doubts if someone killed them somewhere and dumped the body near the ORR. However, the way one of the girls was found carrying mobile phone gives the impression that it could be a suicide and not a murder.
