Seemandhra people also want separate state: Gutta
Nalgonda Congress MP Gutta Sukhender Reddy on Saturday said people of Seemandhra also want a separate state.
Speaking to media persons in Nalgonda, the MP said "Even the Seemaandra people want a separate state but Kavuri Sambasiva Rao and Lagadapati Rajagopal are opposing the state's bifurcation. They are provoking students."
Gutta said we have already informed AICC president Sonia Gandhi that we would consider different options if the Centre fails to announce Telangana state. Interestingly, he also said Congress senior leader and Union Minister Jaipal Reddy would quit the Cabinet if the Centre went back on the Telangana issue but would continue in the Congress party, he added.
