Meet Chinese engineer Zheng Jiajia who got married to a 'female robot'. It certainly perplexes you, but you would be more astonished to know the reason behind the 31-year-old's decision to marry a robot.

Zheng has been finding it hard to find his lady love and unable to find a perfect bride, he ended up marrying Yingying 'the female robot' whom he created last year. The wedding was attended by his friends and his mother. One of his friends said that Zheng was disturbed as couldn't find a girlfriend for himself.

Zheng wore a black suit on his special day -March 31- and his robot bride complemented him with black. Interestingly, the robot can only talk few words, and can identify Chinese characters and images. Reportedly, Zheng wants to upgrade his wife's settings so that she can walk and can also contribute in doing household chores.
