Sabita, Dharmana custody: Nampally court adjourns CBI petition


The Nampally court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing on the CBI petition seeking judicial custody of former ministers Sabita Indra Reddy and Dharmana Prasada Rao in connection with the quid pro quo case.

The court adjourned the hearing to June 19. It may be recalled that the CBI filed a petition in the CBI special court seeking custody of the two former ministers, already named as accused in its chargesheet.
