Allu Arjun's Bail in Sandhya Theatre Case: What Does It Mean?
Allu Arjun Secures Bail, Vindicated in Sandhya Theatre Case
The truth behind the Sandhya Theater incident has now been revealed. It has been clarified that Allu Arjun was not involved in any way. The case against him was found to be an attempt to harass him. The efforts to hold Allu Arjun responsible for security lapses were not valid. An interim bail was initially granted by the High Court, and later a regular bail granted by the Nampally Court, which serves as evidence of the baselessness of the charges. Moreover, the way the judge handled the arguments presented in court is noteworthy.
It is now universally acknowledged that Allu Arjun had no direct involvement in the Sandhya Theater incident. However, an attempt was made to file a case against him and personally attack him. From the beginning, Allu Arjun remained firm in his stance, offering reassurance to the affected family while preparing to fight the case within the framework of the law. Despite this, some attempted to tarnish his reputation. But in the end, everyone is now agreeing with Allu Arjun’s defense, and people are vocally condemning the false accusations made against him.
At the same time, the Nampally Court also accepted the arguments presented by Allu Arjun's lawyers. They provided evidence that Allu Arjun was not at the scene of the incident or even in the vicinity. He was reportedly watching a movie on the first floor of the theater. The court raised objections to implicating him for an incident that took place indirectly. The defense also highlighted the unnecessary charges being leveled against him, which were pointed out in front of the judiciary.
The court took all these factors into account, acknowledging the interesting arguments about Allu Arjun's role. It noted that the sections of law applied to him were not relevant to the case and that it seemed like he was being implicated in a case unrelated to him. Finally, the court granted him bail. Furthermore, with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) issuing notices regarding police negligence in the case, there are now strong indications that the case against Allu Arjun may not stand much longer in the Nampally Court.
