Revanth Reddy attacked by former MLAs men

Tension prevailed at Kodangal in Mahabubnagar Disrict following a clash between two groups on Tuesday evening.

The two groups - one supporting Telugu Desam Party MLA, Revanth Reddy  and the other backing the former  MLA Gurunath Reddy clashed with each other.

According to information, Gurunath Reddy supporters attacked the TDP MLA and pelted stones on his car. Revanth Reddy's car was damaged but he managed to escape unhurt.

Traffic came to a standstill in Kodangal in the evening as the both groups attempted a road blockade.

Police have registered cases against the two groups and launched an investigation.
