Red sanders smuggling: cops to seek customs help

Police officials dealing with red sanders smuggling menace are now veering towards the opinion that cooperation of customs department is essential to stop the smuggling in Seshachalam forests.

The police officials are planning to stop the smuggling with the cooperation of customs and port officials. They will soon write a letter to the government with the detailed reports and recommendations to stop the smuggling of precious red sanders.

It is reported that even these smugglers are unaware as to how the smuggled red sanders is being used abroad. There is a lot of demand for these items in China,Japan and other countries. The red sandal is used in these countries as a medicine as an aphrodisiac.

It is also reported that red sanders has the capacity to withstand radio activity. The powder made of red sandars is used in nuclear equipments too.
