Prakasam boy drowns in Chicago
A 22-year-old student from Podili in Prakasam district died in Chicago after drowning in a lake.
According to reports, Udumula Sandip Reddy went to US to study MS at the University of Illinois. He did his Bachelors' from KC Varsity.
Sandeep went to his relatives' home in Chicago after the completion of his first semester. On Monday, Sandeep along with his relatives went to picnic where he had gone for a swim. But soon, he found himself in deep waters. Unable to swim back, he drowned.
His relatives tried to rescue him but he went to coma, and died while undergoing treatment. The parents have been informed about the tragic incident.
