Power generation disrupted in NTPC, KTPP - Sakshi Post


Power generation was stalled in two thermal power stations disrupting power generation of 700 MW on Tuesday.

A technical snag has been reported in third unit of NTPC, Ramagundam in Karimnagar district causing disruption of 200 MW power output. Efforts are on to restore the power generation.

Similarly, a technical problem led to stalling of power generation at Kakatiya Thermal power plant iat Chelpur in Warangal due to leakage in boiler tube. Power generation of 500 MW came to a halt.
