YS Jagans swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Indira Gandhi Municpal stadium in Vijayawada. The YSRCP supremo had phone all the prominent leaders of every state to invite them to be a part of the oath taking ceremony in Vijayawada today. DMK Chief MK Stalin and Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao arrives at the venue for the swearing-in. KCR was accompanied by deputy chief minister Mahmood Ali, Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivasa Rao, Rajya Sabha MPs K Keshav Rao and Joginapally Santosh, Minister Talasani Srinivasa Yadav.

YS Jagan starts from his residence in Tadepally to the venue of swearing-in. He was accompanied by his mother YS Vijayamma and wife YS Bharathi.
Senior YSRCP spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said that YS Jagn will live up to the expectations of people. He also said that the young AP CM would accord the highest priority to welfare governance.
Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy said that the people of Andhra Pradesh voted with anger and frustration against the corrupt TDP regime. Elaborate security arrangements are in place at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada for YS Jagan's swearing-in ceremony. CCTV cameras and drone surveillance have been put in place to monitor the security arrangements and to keep a close eye on the situation. Top police personnel are also keeping tabs on security.
Actor Ali who joined the party was also present at the venue. Speaking to reporters Ali said the people of Andhra Pradesh had elected YS Jagan as they believed in him and trusted his word. He also requested the MPs and MLAs who won the election to uphold the trust people reposed in them. He said this stupendous victory was not something ordinary but a miracle. Just as how the 'Navadhanyam'' ( nine cereals) used for a house warming ceremony were important , the same way the Navarthnas-nine welfare schemes were as important for the development of the state. Even the weather was in favour of YS Jagan's swearing in ceremony and that there would be timely rains in the state as well. This is a moment of happiness for the people of Andhra as YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the son of late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy taking mantle as the Chief Minister, he concluded.
Atmakur MLA Mekapati Gautham Reddy described YS Jagan's victory as the victory of the poor and the oppressed. He said that YSRCP's triumph in the 2019 elections marked the culmination of a 10-year-long struggle raged relentlessly by YS Jagan for the people of the state.
Bhimilipatnam MLA Avanchi Srinivas said that the fan tsunami blew the TDP away. In YS Jagan, people see a true inheritor of YSR's legacy and are confident that he would usher in Rajanna Rajyam. He also said that YS Jagan will always stand for the most deprived sections of society.
Kadapa MLA Amjad Basha said that YS Jagan led the YSR Congress party to a historic victorty with the party securing 151 assembly seats and winning 22 Lok Sabha constituencies. He said that YS Jagan's welfare governance based on Navaratnalu will usher in Rajanna Rajyam in the state.
