Political gossip: KK, Vijayashanti may quit party
Sakshipost brings you the hottest topics in AP politics. The matter may be true or mere speculation, yet it does provide fodder for gossip. Here's what we got for you...
Looks like Former Rajya Sabha member and PCC president K Keshava Rao who recently switched his loyalties has a second thought now. The new member of TRS made a statement that has left everyone wonder if he is still a Congress man.
KK expressed confidence that the Congress party would concede to Telangana. However, he said Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy might obstruct that.
It is known that KK quit Congress party to join TRS recently, after losing hope of Congress saying yes to a separate statehood to the Telangana region. The buzz in the political circles is that KK is not too happy with the TRS party.
Is KK regretting now? Will he rejoin Congress? Even if he indeed takes that decision, is the Congress ready to take him back?
Same holds true for Vijayashanti too. Speculation is rife that Vijayashanti is contemplating on getting back to her home party BJP. There were reports that Vijayashanti is having sleepless nights as KCR is wooing others into the party with Medak MP seat.
First, there were rumors that KCR himself was eying the Medak MP seat. After Medak became a much sought- after seat, Vijayashanti has now said that she was not willing to give her seat to anybody including KCR. This statement has raised eyebrows and made people wonder how long can she hold on to the party.
