Police To Take Citizen Feedback For Efficient Service  

Hyderabad: 'Rachakonda Citizen Feedback Services' was launched on Tuesday to gauge the overall citizen satisfaction with various services provided by the Rachakonda Police. Telangana Additional Director General of Police (Law & Order) Anjani Kumar inaugurated the facility.

Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh M. Bhagwat said the feedback will be taken through telephonic communication from all the citizens who availed the police services. The official then said then areas would be identified which needs improvement.

Explaining the functioning of the system, Bhagwat said a team of professionals having experience in call center services will be stationed in the premises of Women Police Station at Saroor Nagar and they will contact the citizens randomly who have lodged complaint in the police stations through telephonic call.

Bhagwat also said they also plan to expand the initiative to other services like traffic management, emergency response management, service related to crime prevention, court work and prosecution of offenders and service leading to enhancement of community safety and security.
