Pinnelli Lakshma Reddy's bail plea rejected, goes into hiding
The Gurajala court on Thursday rejected bail plea of former MLA Pinnelli Lakshma Reddy in connection with breaking of an Electronic Voting Machine at Macherla in Guntur district. Initially, he received bail, but today the court rejected it.
As per reports, Pinnelli created ruckus at the polling station and broke the EVM by hitting it against a table in the polling booth, while polling was going on March 30.
The court directed police to take further actions. But when the police reached Pinnel's home, he was absconding.
