Pawan Kalyan Consoles Family Of Vinod Who Was Killed In Fan-War
Tirupati: Powerstar Pawan Kalyan called on the family of his fan Vinod Kumar in Tirupati on Thursday. Vinod was stabbed to death by another popular actor’s fans on Tuesday in Kolar area of Karnataka.
Expressing grief over the death of Vinod, the actor-politician said fighting over favourite actors is abnormal. He said actors in the film industry maintain only friendly relations among themselves but with a competitive spirit. Fans should be sensible when it comes to discussions of their favourite actors, he advised. The Gabbar Singh hero said he had no differences or enmity with anyone in the industry. He urged his fans not to indulge or repeat these kind of altercations which have been ending up fatal of late.
The 24-year-old Vinod Kumar was a diehard fan of Pawan Kalyan and earlier he arranged many programs for Pawan’s Jana Sena party in Chittoor district. Recently he went Kolar district of Karnataka two days back to participate in an event where he chanted slogans praising Pawan Kalyan to which the fans of some other popular actor objected and the argument turned into a serious altercation.
However, the other actor’s fans stabbed Vinod after both the groups moved to some other place after the blood donation program. He was declared dead later. A case has been registered and police arrested the accused.
