Patients death triggers protests
The death of a pregnant woman at a private hospital in Vikarabad of Ranga Reddy district on Wednesday sparked off protests. Her family members and staged a protest at the hospital.
They alleged that she died due to the medical negligence by doctors and the staff of the hospital.
In a similar incident, a pregnant woman and her new-born baby died at the government hospital in Vijayawada. The relatives of the deceased staged a dharna protesting against the doctor's negligence.
