Paramarsa Yatra: YS Sharmila consoles 7 families on Day 1
Y.S. Sharmila, the sister of YSRCP chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and daughter of the late Dr. Y.S Rajasekhar Reddy, on Sunday, called upon families in the Medak district of Telangana who lost loved ones upon hearing about the sudden and untimely demise of their iconic leader, her father, Dr.Y.S.Rajasekhar Reddy.
She stood with them in their grief and promised them her support in their hour of need. She lent courage to children who had lost their parents. She met seven families in Vargal and Kondapaka mandals of Gajwel constituency.
On Sunday morning, Sharmila started from Lotus Pond in Hyderabad and reached Dandupalli of Medak district at around 11:10 AM. Sharmila was accorded a grand welcome in Ambarpeta and Menajipeta of Vargal mandal where she waved to her well-wishers and greeted the women folk.
She visited the family of Manne Jayamma in Amberpet and consoled the bereaved husband and sons. “How did Jayamma pass away?” she inquired from them. In Vargal she garlanded the great leader’s statue and paid her respects.
Sharmila then called upon Sripathi Shakunthala in Marpadaga village of Kondapaka mandal and the family of Namila Pochayya in Bandaram village.
The YSRCP Telangana working president and Khammam MP, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Medak district leader Gauri Reddy Sridhar Reddy, state leaders Konda Raghava Reddy, Kommera Venkat Reddy, the party’s AP Women’s division chief Shailaja Charan Reddy , Telangana Women’s division chief Vijaya and others accompanied Y.S Sharmila in her visits in the Medak district.
