The makers of Padmaavat gave a perfect Republic Day treat to the audiences by releasing the film. Despite controversy and ban, the film is going great guns at the box office. But for the Karni Sena ban in four states, the film would have raked in more numbers at the box office.

Padmaavat received a thumbs up response from Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and many other stars.Ranveer and Shahid Kapoor have received an overwhelming response from their fans for their performances.

Padmaavat has earned Rs 176 Cr Approximately in nine days at the box office. In a recent interview to a leading tabloid, three actors revealed that they had their doubts about the film's release post protests. But, now with the film's success the success knows no bounds.
