OSD Abhishta Dominates TDP, IAS Discussions

The reason, the said officer is not reporting to duty at the State secretariat for sometime now. In the past IAS officers murmured about him being close to TDP second-in-command Nara Lokesh and therefore bagged the post of OSD. It was also rumoured that Lokesh assigned Abhista the task of reviewing the work of party MLAs. The OSD on his part was alleged to have submitted favourable reports about MLAs close to him and unfavourable reports about people not close to him.
