Hyderabad: Central Home Ministry has chosen Telangana State to pilot the one dial emergency service ‘112’. Gujarat is the second state that has been chosen.
The central Home Ministry’s one dial solution for all emergencies will cater to people in need in the span of minutes of complaining. It is reported that the ministry is planning to start the 24 hour services in 36 centers across the country.
Since the Telangana State Police had similar project soon to be implemented, the central government has chosen Telangana state to pilot the project.
