Massive Plantation Drive in Telangana To Mark KCR's Birthday

Green India Challenge call's to Gift 1 Crore plants ( koti vrukshaarchana) to CM KCR on CM's birthday:

Green India Challenge in making  dream of CM KCR's vision for Green Telangana come to reality, has called for plantation of One Crore saplings ( koti vrukshaarchana) on the eve of CM KCRs birthday.

1 crore tree plantation program has been taken by the RS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar and the poster for the event is launched by TRS working President ans Min KTR, in the presence of Ministers Mahamood Ali ,Talasani Srinivas Yadav & RS MP Santosh. MP malotu Kavita, mla Hari Priya nayak participated.

KTR requested all the public representatives at all the levels to participate in the event and make it a successful. He appreciated Party General Secretary & MP Santosh for taking up this initiative.

Ministers Mahamood Ali & Talasani stated that the program should be taken up by all the Sarpanch's. Program should be taken up making village as a unit and the program should be co ordinated with the Forest and Panchayat Raj Departments.

RS MP explained the details of the event over telephone to Ministers Indrakaran Reddy and Eraballi and requested for support and
coordination.

He requested  all theother Ministers to make the event successful.

The Green India Challenge decided to to award "Vanamali" to all the people who took part in the plantation.

Green India Challenge representatives Karunakar Reddy and Raghava stated that all the people who wants to participate in the event may send GIC to the 9000365000 from their whatsapp.

After sending message they would receive a link to download an app. The participants are advised to upload their selfie after planting 3 saplings into the app.

Within a week they would recieve a message from Honourable CM and award of Vanamali by whatsapp or email.

The  organisers stated that 1 Crore sapling plantation program  will begin at 10 am on 17th Feb and it will be concluded with in an hour.
