Eight Of Family Taken Ill After Eating Hyderabadi Biryani At Malkajgiri Restaurant

Hyderabad Biryani is world famous. Biryani is also very popular in other parts of the country. This is the reason why any visitor to the Nizam's city would not consider his trip complete without tasting the most talked about food delicacy in town. Even those who are in the city make it a point to relish biryani with family at a restaurant. 

It so happened that a family went to eat biryani in a hotel and fell ill. The incident took place in Malkajgiri where eight members of the same family fell ill after eating biryani at a hotel.

During the wedding anniversary celebrations, the family had lunch at the 'Majlis Al Mandi' in Anand Bagh. The family members alleged that everyone fell ill when they came home after eating there. Many said the incident was caused by food poisoning.

They were rushed to a hospital for treatment. Of these, five children are ill and three elderly people are being treated at the hospital. The incident came to light late.
