Digital Media Director Dileep Konatham wins PRCI Chanakya Award 2021

Dileep Konatham, Director, Digital Media, Government of Telangana, received the Public Relations Council of India's Chanakya Award for the second year in a row.

The award was presented by Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on 17th September at the 15th PRCI Global Communications Conclave, being held at Goa.

Dileep won this award for the exceptional work done by the Digital Media wing of the Government of Telangana.

The PRCI Chanakya Award recognises outstanding contributions made by individuals, corporates and institutions in the Public Relations sector. Each year, PRCI presents these Awards to achievers and leaders who brought name and fame to the country in their chosen fields.

Dileep was also a recipient of the PRCI Chanakya Award in 2020 as well. Basavaraj Bommai, CM of Karnataka, had handed over the award to Dileep in March 2020 in Bengaluru.

Dileep Konatham has been working in the intersection of technology and content for the past two decades and had served in prestigious organisations such as Tata Donnelly, Apollo Health Street, Centre for Documentation, Research and Communication and Google. He took an active part in the statehood movement and joined the Telangana state government in 2014.

Dileep thanked Telangana CM K. Chandrashekar Rao and IT & Industries Minister KT Rama Rao for their continued guidance and leadership. He also thanked the PRCI jury for conferring the Chanakya Award.
