Another Case Filed Against TV5's Sambasiva Rao

Controversial TV news anchor had yet another case registered against him by the Hyderabad police on Wednesday. The case has been booked after receiving a complaint from the accountant of Sandhya Hotels Private Limited.  

The petitioner claimed that Rao had cheated the company by forging documents under the company’s name and impersonating as a real estate broker on the company’s rolls. He has also bought a car showing his forged company credentials, the accountant said in his complaint. 

It may be recalled here a case of cheating was filed against Rao for using the fake land title documents to operate a petrol station at Madhapur in the city. Following the complaint, HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) officials had seized the property of the petrol pump.
