IND vs SA T20I: Check Out Indian Cricketers Craze in Kerala
IND vs SA T20I: India will play a three-match T20I and ODI series against South Africa. The first T20I match will be played at the Greenfield stadium in Thiruvananthapuram on September 28. The Indian players received a grand welcome when the team landed in Kerala.
Hardik Pandya and Bhuvneshwar Kumar have been rested ahead of the ICC tournament next month. Deepak Hooda was ruled out of the series due to a back injury, and Mohammad Shami, who got infected with Covid is yet to recover. Shreyas Iyer, Umesh Yadav, and Shabaz Ahmed were added to the squad.
A giant cut of the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma, along with Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, and Sanju Samson, has been built by fans in Kerala before the first match. The massive cut-out pictures were doing the rounds on social media.
However, there were reports that because the BCCI did not name Sanju Samson in the squad, his fans were outraged and planned to protest against the BCCI and Rohit Sharma ahead of the first T20I match.
