Bride Suffers Heart Attack While Leaving For In-Laws' House

In a very shocking incident, a newlywed bride died of a heart attack as she cried uncontrollably during her bidaai. The incident took place in Sonepur district of Odisha and the bride was identified as Gupteswari Sahoo.

On Friday, the wedding of Gupteswari Sahoo and Bisikesan took place. The deceased was a resident of Julunda village whereas Bisikesan was from Tetelgaon village.

According to the reports, Gupteswari cried inconsolably, fainted and collapsed on the ground while leaving for her in-law's house. The parents and family members of Gupteswari massaged her hands and tried to revive her but all their efforts went in vain.

When they couldn't do anything, the bride was immediately rushed to Dunguripalli Community Health Centre (CHC) where doctors declared that she was brought dead. The dead body was sent to postmortem. It is said that Gupteswari was in distress as she had lost her father a few months ago.
