Woman Killed In Hyderabad's SR Nagar, Husband Absconding

HYDERABAD: In a shocking incident, a woman was found murdered allegedly by her husband at S. R Nagar here on Monday afternoon.

According to police, the homemaker lived with her husband Sanjeev along with their children at Sultannagar in S. R Nagar. He works as a driver at the T. B Hospital, a leading daily reported.

The couple fought over some matter on Sunday night and their children were not present. Locals, according to police, said that the couple fought regularly. Police said that Sanjeev had sent the children to their relative's house on Saturday.

When a relative called her today morning, she had not received the call. The relative then rushed to her house and found her dead.

Police suspect that the husband killed her and then fled by closing the door from inside.

The body of the victim has been taken to Gandhi hospital mortuary.

A case has been registered and police are in the lookout of Sanjeev who is absconding.
