Makar Sankranti 2022: Makara Sankranthi is a festival held in the Indian Subcontinent's southern region. Every year on the 14th of January, this celebration takes place. This festival commemorates the conclusion of the winter season and the Sun God's voyage to the north, known as Uttarayan, and so this month is considered auspicious.
