September 30 Last Date For MANUU Admissions
Hyderabad: The online submission of application forms for admissions in merit-based programmes of Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is available till September 30.
MANUU is offering admissions for PG programmes in (Urdu, Hindi, English, Arabic, Persian and Translation Studies; Political Sciences, Public Administration, Women Studies, Economics, History, Islamic Studies, Social Work, Sociology, MCJ, M.com, M.Sc (Mathematics)). The undergraduate programmes available are B.A., B.Com, B.A (Hons)-JMC, B.Sc (MPC, M.P.Cs, & Z.B.C), Bachelor of Vocational Courses in (Medical Imaging Technology & Medical Laboratory Technology). At the Lucknow campus, B.A; MA in Urdu, English, Arabic & Persian programmes are being offered, whereas at the Srinagar Campus, MA in Economics, Islamic Studies, Urdu and English are available.
To gain entry into mainstream education, bridge courses for admission in Undergraduate (B.Com./B.Sc.) programmes are available for Madrassa passouts. The University also provides a Lateral Entry Programme into B. Tech. and Polytechnics.

International Persian Webinar At MANUU
The Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Department of Persian, in collaboration with the Culture House of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mumbai is organising a one-day online international webinar on "Mir Anis and Mohtasham Kashani – the two eminent lamenter poets of India and Iran" on October 01, 2.00 pm onwards through Zoom meeting.
According to Prof. Aziz Bano, Head of the Department of Persian, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, will deliver the inaugural speech. Dr Mohsen Ashouri, Director, Iran Culture House, Mumbai, will propose a vote of thanks. Prof. Shahid Naukhez Azmi is the moderator of the webinar.
