Not Just Naidu, Pawan Kalyan Too Will Take Rest: Ambati Rambabu

Sattenapalli: Launching a tirade against the TDP-JanaSena combine, Minister Ambati Rambabu said the opposition alliance was still in a state of confusion. He said the TDP and its ally Jana Sena are clueless about their candidates for the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. 

Addressing a press conference in Sattenapalli on Thursday, Rambabu said the opposition coalition lacks clarity in the allocation of seats and electoral strategies. He called on the people of Sattenapalli to reject "traitors" who have switched parties and lack a strong party affiliation. 

He said TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu is fearing defeat in the upcoming elections and hence his wife Nara Bhuvaneswari dropped enough hints in Kuppam that Naidu may take ‘rest’ from active politics. Naidu did not deny or condemn the comments made by Bhuvaneswari, he added.

Rambabu also targeted the Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan over his comments on distribution of money during the election campaigns. He said Pawan Kalyan's recent remarks may be a hint to the party leaders to buy votes if they feel that they are losing the elections. 

“It’s not just Naidu, Pawan Kalyan will also lose the elections, because the voters are ready (siddham) to allow them to take ‘rest’,” Rambabu asserted.
