Former AP Minister, YSRCP Leader Koppana Mohan Rao Dies At 75
PITHAPURAM: Former Andhra Pradesh minister and YSR Congress Party leader Koppana Mohan Rao passed away due to health issues on Wednesday, July 29. He was 75.
Koppana was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Kakinada.
Koppana was suffering from health ailments and was admitted to a private hospital in Kakinada. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment yesterday.
He had won twice from the Pithapuram constituency as an MLA in 1978 and 1989 of the Congress party.
He served as Minister of Forest department during Kotla Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy regime. Koppana served as a YSRCP leader in Pithapuram constituency. Several YSRCP leaders, including MLA Pandem Dorababu, mourned his death.
