Rs 3 Lakh Loan Waiver For The Poor: YS Jagan

Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh assembly and YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy took to social media to explain the fraud against the poor involving the TDP government. The YSRCP Chief took to popular social network site, Facebook to state that the YSRCP was committed to waive the Rs three lakh loan on housing scheme programme to the poor.

YS Jagan said that the TDP government was selling plots at double the rate. He pointed out that one square yard of plot was worth Rs 1000 while the ruling government was selling it to the poor at Rs 2000. In his Facebook post, the YSRCP Chief said, the poor were shelling out Rs 6 lakhs for a plot worth Rs 3 lakhs. Central government was paying Rs 1.5 lakhs while the state government would pay Rs 1.5 lakhs. The rest would be written off. The common man was now forced to pay this amount over twenty long years. The YSRCP chief promised to waive the Rs 3 lakhs debt to be repaid over 20 years, as soon as YSRCP comes to power.

The Leader of Opposition promised that as soon as YSRCP comes to power, poor man need not pay monthly amount for clearing the loan. The government would waive the loan, he asserted.
