Former Union Minister and BJP leader Subramanian Swamy is known to court controversy. His recent personal attack on Priyanka Gandhi Vadra saying she suffered from bipolar disorder, did not go down well with Twitterati. Expectedly, there was a large section up in arms on the popular microblogging site, panning the maverick politician.

The BJP leader was reminded that it is insensitive to Priyanka as well as people with the disorder which is treatable.
