Nani’s Awe Day 14,15 Collections

Director Prashanth Varma's Awe featuring Natural Star Nani in an important role was opened in theatres on February 16 and received rave reviews from critics and public alike.

Awe is a refreshing story where Nani and Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja have lent their voice to Fish and Bonsai Plant respectively. Since the opening day, the film has kept cash register ringing at the overseas box office. Since past two days, in both the Telugu speaking states movie screenings have stopped due to a clash in between the filmmaker and DSPs in reagrds to the pricing policy of VPF.

The film has grossed $834,316 (it would mean Rs 5.43 crores) on its fifteen days at the foreign box office. The word-of-mouth publicity for the film has been positive and this is the major factor that is pulling the audience to the theatres. Nani didn't make any appearance on silver screen except his voice makes its presence felt in this film, this apart he is also the producer of the film which is yielding profits at the ticket window. Regina is seen playing a baddie while Nithya Menen played a psychiatrist role in the film. Both of them along with Kajal have done justice for their roles. These actresses who were waiting for to super hit film have added Awe into their kitty. Hope, Awe film has helped them.

On the career front, Nani is signing back-to-back projects and releasing his a film every quarter. Recently, with the success of Awe he has joined in the A-top listers of Tollywood and if he scores another hit by mid of this year, there is stopping for this Natural star. And he could dethrone the leading heroes. He is currently busy with his upcoming flick Krishnarjuna Yuddham which is scheduled to release on April 12, 2018.
