Mudragada Refuses Medical Tests, Locks Up Doors

Kirlampudi: Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham, who is on a fast-unto-death demanding inclusion of Kapus in BC list, on Sunday refused medical tests and locked the doors when doctors arrived at his house.

As the fast entered third day on Sunday, he along with his wife Padmavathi, alleged that doctors are spreading false news about their health status. They claimed that fasting is not new to them and that they are in good health.

While his family members too joined the protest, scores of his supporters are continuing to descend on Krilampudi as on Sunday morning.
