Man’s Obscene Act Shocks Woman Professor

Delhi: In a shocking incident, a man, said to be in his 20s, masturbated and molested a 32-year-old Delhi professor on Thursday. The incident was captured on CCTV, but victim’s face was not visible as a hoodie covered it. The incident took place at Connaught Place.

At the time incident, the victim was on a terrace of the building talking into her mobile. She then found a man stalking her . When she questioned him, he flashed his genitals and masterbated in front of her.

"During my break at 1.30 pm, I went to the terrace of the building and was talking on phone. I realised that a man in his mid 20s followed me to the terrace. He was constantly staring at me while I pretended to be on the phone. Then I asked him whether there was a problem, he said there wasn't but did not leave. Then he suddenly came in front of me. Suddenly, he unzipped his pants, flashed at me and started touching himself," ANI quoted her.

The women further said that when she tried to run away from the place, he pulled and groped her. "I made another attempt to run out from there and somehow managed to reach the door of the terrace but the molester had bolted it while coming up. I pushed him against the door. He then snatched the mobile phone, jumped on to an adjacent terrace, and fled," the woman told ANI.

A case under section 342,354, 356 and 379 of the IPC was registered. The perpetrator is at large.
