Manchu Vishnu’s Gayatri Closing Collections 

Veteran actor Manchu Mohan Babu has made comeback to the silver screen with the film Gayatri which was released on February 9. the flick did decent business at the worldwide box office. It got fewer screens due to Varun Tej's Tholi Prema release on the same day, which carried a positive buzz with cine buffs. Though, Gayatri fetched good numbers but it failed to earn more than investment.

Shreya and Vishnu are seen in the lead roles. The film got a thunderous applause from audience. It is a family entertainer where Mohan Babu was plays the role a father who is looking out for his long-lost daughter. On the whole the plot revolves around Mohan Babu who is seen having only one mission on his mind: to find his daughter.

Mohan Babu's Gayatri has made closing collections of Rs 21 Lakhs at the foreign box office. The film is directed by Madan. In Telugu states, Gayatri is running in only one theatre at Jadcherla with two shows. We shall update Gayatri closing collections of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, shortly.

On the career front, Manchu Vishnu is planning to make "a good film." Manchu family have purchased Vijayendra Prasad story and they have paid Rs 2 crores. Is it worth or not? Only time will answer.
