Managements to move HC against state government
Managements of the private engineering colleges on Tuesday filed two petitions in the high court.
One was questioning the state government’s policy of fixing the same fees for all the colleges and the other was demanding to stop the ordinances in which the state government to inspect colleges and cancel approvals if found to be violating the norms on faculty and infrastructure.
And also the managements of the colleges are planning to approach the Supreme Court once again over the government’s illegal activities in the fixed-fee scheme.
Mean while, students from different places staged protest against the government demanding the declaration of counseling date.
