Hyderabad: Jayachandra Raju, a resident of Jeedimetla in Hyderabad got a shock of his life when he was handed over his post pay bill of whopping Rs.4.61 lakhs here recently.

The manager in a blade manufacturing company, Raju allegedly received a bill of Rs. 2, 12, 607 on the 1 July followed by a bill of Rs. 2,49, 112 on 1 August.

Following a complaint, the cyber crime police are questioning a few representatives of the telecom company.

After inspecting the bills thoroughly cyber crime inspector Riyazuddin said that Jayachandra’s emails, facebook, twitter and other accounts were open round the clock, and maybe that was the reason behind the outrageously whopping bill amount.

“The bill is legitimate. He has been charged for using internet for 24 hours for the entire month, hence we cannot book a case against the telecom company,” Riyazuddin said.
