Love claims two lives, leaves one critical in Anantapur

Anantapur, On Thursday, love claimed the lives of two people, and critically injured another in Anantapur.  

According to reports, Priyadharshini and Ravi Chandra, both from SP colony of Tadimarri in Anantapur district, were in love with each other. Ravi's friend Harish Kumar knew about the affair and was helping the duo. 

But when this news reached Priyadharshini's parents, she was forbidden from meeting Ravi Kumar. Depressed over this, Priyadhrashini committed suicide by consuming pesticides. 

When Ravi got to know about her death, he ran away to Tirpuathi and decided to end his life as well. He took poison near Tirupathi bus stand.

Saddened by the chain of events, and being insulted by others, Harish also tried committing suicide.Though both Ravi and Harish were rushed to hospitals, only Ravi survived. But doctors have said that he is in a critical condition.

Post morterm was conducted on Priyadharshini's body and cremation will be done later on Friday.
