Lokesh Doesn’t Have The Stature To Criticise Y.S Jagan: Rambabu
Hyderabad: Ambati Rambabu the official spokesperson of YSRCP on Thursday criticised the TDP government for making baseless allegations about the YSR Congress Party, saying it was trying to impede development in Andhra Pradesh.
Addressing the media at the central party office here on Thursday, Rambabu stated that YSRCP had never tried to impede development of Andhra Pradesh but was dead against the corrupt practices of the ruling Telugu Desam Party, which has brought disrepute to the state.
TDP is resorting to such allegations in order to find a scapegoat for their own incompetence, he said and ridiculed Lokesh for trying to find fault with and accuse Y.S Jagan. Lokesh doesn’t have the stature to level allegations on Y.S Jagan, he said.
Pointing out the voracious appetite of Chandrababu to grab land in the name of projects and programs, Ramababu asked the CM to explain how he was demanding 33 thousand acres for the Bandar port project now, when as the opposition leader he said the project needed not more than 1200 acres.
Rambabu warned the government that their party would not be silent if the government grabbed farmers’ lands in the name of development projects.
Rambabu also criticised Chandrababu for engineering differences and disputes between classes and castes. He cautioned the government to not interfere with the ‘Padayatra’ that is to be undertaken by Mudragada Padmanabham for Kapu reservations.
