Kodandaram to stay away from Delhi all-party meet
The steering committee of the Telangana Political JAC on Wednesday is said to have decided that TJAC chairman M. Kodandaram will not be attending the all-party meeting.
After the steering committee meeting, talking to reporters Kodandaram said they have decided that they would organise a massive fast just a day before the all-party meet in Hyderabad.
According to reports, the steering committee has objected to Kodandaram attending the all-party meeting. But TRS chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao recently announced that he would be attending the all-party meet along with Kodandaram. This statement had drawn several criticism from the leaders.
Criticising Kodandaram, TDP Telangana Forum convener Errabelli Dayakar Rao said he had become puppet in KCR's hands.
Even Congress senior leader Gade Venkata Reddy questioned Kodandaram as to how he would be able to attend the all-party meeting to be held on December 28 being a government employee?
Considered all these issues and as many TJAC leaders wanted to be independent of TRS, the committee came to this conclusion.
