Kissa Kursi Ka: CM insults DL in Assembly?
Health minister DL Ravindra Reddy who recently lost his post had a bitter experience during the Assembly session on Tuesday.
DL, who abstained from first day of the budget session, was present today. The senior leader's seat was changed to middle row where newly elected MLAs sit.
Generally, former ministers will be seated in the row of government whips. However, DL has been given seat No. 79.
This move has led to a lot of discussions among the MLAs. Insiders feel this is a deliberate attempt by Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy to belittle DL.
It is learnt that DL took serious note of this and reportedly ranted about CM's domination in the Assembly.
He is also wondered how the Speaker could be a mute witness to such moves. Meanwhile, DL also appealed to the speaker to allow him to speak in the Assembly. It is also learnt that PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana met DL to express his disapproval towards CM's decision.
