Khammam: Tribals want Renuka to apologise

Girijan association members on Tuesday staged a 'rasta roko' to protest Congress MP Renuka Chowdary's remarks against Khammam collectorate joint collector Nayak.

The Tribals, who came in support of the Tribal officer, blocked roads near Tekulapalli Mandal and demanded that Renuka apologise to the joint collector.
They slammed her for insulting and defaming the Tribal officer and said they would file a SC/ST atrocities case against the MP.
Telangana Praja Front JAC state convenor, P. Krishana has too demanded that a case be filed immediately against her.
