'Blame Congress for the 'T' mess in state'

The first blame for the Telangana mess in the state should be directed towards the Congress party, said TRS leader Raghunandana Rao. While talking on a talk show on TV, he said that the Congress had the power to declare separate statehood for Telangana without even consulting other parties.

Congress has the reputation of making fun of the Indian citizens, he asserted. Police' reluctance to allow the Batukamma event on Tank Bund is also not right, said the TRS leader.
