Kesineni Travels’ Staff Stages Dharna, Demand Salary Dues

Days after Travel buses baron and Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani announced the closure of his operations in Andhra Pradesh, employees of Kesineni Travels staged a dharna claiming that Nani was not paying salaries to them for the past one year.

They staged a dharna in front of the MP's office demanding that the salary dues be paid immediately. They said by closing down his operations here, they have been left in the lurch. They said Nani had not given them an opportunity to look for alternative employment. They said they had never expected an MP to dupe the people this way.

Interestingly, TDP activists descended in drones and abused the protesting employees. They pushed them away from the dharna spot.
