KCR, Vijayashanti on collision course?

Differences cropped up between TRS chief KCR and actress-turned politician Vijayashanti?

Some sources close to TRS leaders say that there is minor tussle between KCR and Vijayashanti over Medak MP seat. But now the fight between them reached its peak, sources added.

Vijayashanti offered to vacate her Medak Parliament seat if KCR himself wanted to contest from there. The reason for the present rift was that retired IAS officer K V Ramanachari reportedly approached KCR showing interest to contest from Medak. 

KCR, sitting MP from Mahaboobnagar is planning to shift to Medak in the 2014 elections as he felt his present segment may trouble him. Sensing KCR’s intentions, Vijayashanti voluntarily offered to vacate the seat for KCR.   Sources observe that Vijayashanti is upset with the KCR’s move to take away her Medak constituency for the sake of an IAS officer. It is the question she raises before her close aides that why should she shift her constituency to accommodate an IAS officer.  She is understood to have forwarded feelers to the party chief that she was willing to quit the party if she was not given the Medak Parliament seat.
