KCR to leave for Singapore on Tuesday

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is going on his maiden foreign tour after taking over as the chief minister of Telangana.

As per reports, KCR will be leaving for Singapore on Tuesday night to attend Indian Institute of Management's conference scheduled on August 22 and 23. During his five day tour, KCR will be accompanied by finance minister Etela Rajender.

Interestingly, KCR is to be the first CM of any Indian state to be invited to the meet.
After the meet, KCR is expected to meet Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and other officials to study the industrial policy of the Singapore government.
He will return to Hyderabad on August 24.
