Notorious burglar Mantri Shankar arrested
Mantri Shankar, notorious buglar convicted in 209 theft cases, was re-arrested for the 25th time on Monday.
According to reports, the police took Shankar alias Shivanna into custody in Secunderabad and recovered unspecified amount of cash and 40 tolas gold from him.
The 50 year-old thief is a resident of Mohammadguda of Chilakalguda. Police said that there are several non-bailable warrants were also pending against him.
