KCR resigns for Medak MP seat
TRS president and Telangana chief minister in waiting K.Chandrasekhar Rao has submitted his resignation for his Medak parliamentary seat.
KCR, who is in Delhi to attend the swearing in ceremony of Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister of India, has handed over his resignation letter to Secretary General of Lok Sabha.
It may be recalled that KCR won from both Medak parliamentary constituency and Gajwel assembly constituency in the recent elections.
As he is going to take oath as the chief minister on June 2, he submitted his resignation to the Lok Sabha seat.
As per the rules, any candidate has to resign for one of his two seats from which he has won within 15 days.
